STARSKIN offers free stardard shipping on all orders over $50. In-stock items will arrive 3-5 business days after receipt of your order.

For all shipping options, orders must be received by 12:59pm PST Monday-Friday to be processed the same day otherwise the order will be processed the following business day. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays within the United States. Orders received over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. We do not currently offer Saturday delivery. Orders received on Friday selecting Priority/Overnight delivery will be delivered on Monday.

Orders do not ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.


STARSKIN ships to U.S. addresses excluding PO Boxes. We do not ship internationally, to international re-shippers, or to businesses that forward packages to international addresses. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office. Expedited orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional day to deliver.


When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

Return Policy & Process

We accept returns on products that are new, unused and sealed in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. All sheet masks or single use products are not eligible for return once opened. For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.

Starskin.com is unable to offer exchanges by mail. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. If you wish to return an item you received as gift, you may return it for online store credit only.

STARSKIN offers free shipping for all eligible returns. Please email us Monday to Friday at Hello_USA@Starskin.com for assistance on your return.

Please allow 14 days to process the return and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
